Payment Cycle:
Customers are billed on approximately the same day each month. There are two billing cycles, usually on the 18th and 30th, with bills due and payable on the 8th and 20th of each month respectively.

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER debit and card payments over the phone, via fax, email and in person. Additionally, customers have the option to have their water bill automatically debited monthly from their credit card or from their bank account. Pay by mail, use our drive-thru or drop payments off (NO CASH, PLEASE) at any one of our night depositories. CLICK HERE to see a map showing the locations of the following depositories:

LATE FEES AND CHARGES
A Late Fee of $1.00 plus 1.5 % per month of the unpaid balance will be charged to any account which remains unpaid 20 days past the billing date. An additional Delinquent Charge of $20.00 is assessed and service will be interrupted for any account which remains unpaid 40 days past the billing due date. Service is restored once the delinquent balance and a service fee of $55.00 is paid in full.
