A few pennies can have a powerfully positive impact on people’s lives. Round-UP is a convenient and painless way for MPW customers to help families in our community and the world. Participants agree to round up their water bill to the next highest dollar each month, with the extra change going to either East Cooper Community Outreach or Water Missions International, the choice is yours.

East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) is an ecumenical and community supported organization dedicated to helping the needy. ECCO is, at its core, an organization of neighbors helping neighbors, helping to meet needs and improve the quality of life with compassion and respect for the dignity and worth of all. Money donated to ECCO through the program helps neighbors pay their monthly utility bills. Applicants are screened by the organization and the gift is based on need.

Water Missions International (WMI) is a nonprofit, Christian engineering organization serving the water and sanitation needs of people in developing countries and disaster areas. WMI uses low-maintenance water technologies for drinking water treatment and distribution, wastewater management, and storm water control. WMI’s mission is to provide sustainable access to safe water and an opportunity to hear the "Living Water" message in developing countries and disaster areas.
